Meet Brooke

Registered Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Brooke, a wife, a lifelong psychology enthusiast, and a mom to two fiery (and adorable) red-headed boys! My journey into the world of mental health started with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, followed by a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked in a variety of mental health roles, fuelling my passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with warmth, understanding, and a little humour along the way.

In session, you’ll find that I bring a down-to-earth, empathetic, and emotionally focused approach to therapy—helping clients feel truly heard and supported. Whether you’re working through life transitions, relationships, anxiety, or self-discovery, i’m here!

When I’m not in therapist mode, you can usually find me curled up with a spicy romance novel, building my dream life in The Sims, or being followed around by my golden retriever, who is my shadow and my greatest fan.

I’d love to connect and help you thrive—let’s start this journey together!

Meet Connor

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hey there!

I’m Connor, and I’m beyond excited to be joining Brooke for my placement at Thrive Therapy & Wellness in the new year! I’m in the final stretch of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University and can’t wait to put my knowledge into practice. I first fell in love with psychology while studying at McMaster University, where I explored the fascinating connections between the mind, brain, and behavior. Now, I’m thrilled to take this next step in my journey and support clients in a meaningful way!

When I’m not diving into all things mental health, you can usually find me binge-watching Gilmore Girls, getting lost in a good book, or befriending every dog I meet. I’m also a big fan of music, traveling, and sipping iced lattes—yes, even in the dead of winter.

Meet Paige

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hey everyone! I’m Paige, and I’m so excited to meet you all and start my placement with Brooke in May! I’m currently in the final stretch of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and I can’t wait to bring my passion for mental health into this next chapter.

Before diving into counselling, I built a strong foundation in the helping field—earning a Human Services certificate from Fanshawe College in 2017 and a BA in Sociology (Honours Specialization in Criminology) with a Minor in Psychology from Western University in 2022. I’ve spent the past few years working hands-on in mental health, first as a Youth Care Worker (2019-2022) and now as a Mental Health Court Support Worker with the Canadian Mental Health Association.

When I’m not deep in the world of mental health, you’ll probably find me at a tattoo shop (both getting inked and helping out at Buried Wealth Tattoo Collective!), rewatching old concert videos, or obsessing over the latest Netflix series. Oh, and my dog, Bucky—named after The Winter Soldier—is my absolute pride and joy.
